Title: Greyhound skill crane help plz

So I'm buying this greyhound skill crane and I was looking at the images the guy I'm buying it from sent and I noticed theres no potentiometers on the board so my question is does anyone know how to add new potentiometers to it? Or could I like manually change the strength without them?

Hard to tell from that pic exactly what is or isn't there......should be two potentiometers on that claw board.

But yeah, I'm sure it's fixable.  ;)

There's a few threads around here on the older Greyhounds like yours.
