saw this on gamespot, and thought some might be interested.  its only in europe right now, but im sure it will come to the states soon.

wonder how it works...
i mean ps2 only outputs 15khz rgb..how would that run on vga monitor...  ???

All that thing is is an upscanning device. If your PC has TV-In then you already have that capability. I used to play my real Nintendo 64 on my PC screen that way all the time.
