hi
>Rotating color cylinders and eight bubble tubes help recreate the look of this timeless jukebox.<

there is a set of Fluorescent  tubes inside of the color cyclinder's
and the bubble effect is the oil filled tube's which get heated

I'm not sure about Jukebox bubble lights, but I did some research on them for my cab way back. Turns out, they're filled with methylene chloride. It boils at a relatively low temp, so the heat from a lightbulb is enough to make it boil and bubble like that.

Some newer bubbling gizmos use distilled water and an airstone with airpump (use distilled water to avoid any crusty buildups, and to keep the bubble tube clear).

Apparently some older units did use a very lightweight oil, but I haven't found much about that.

if u look up the 1015 and or 1100 wurlie and or the :one-more-time: cd unit's
look into there front door/cab stuff >part's<, yes they did use oil in the :day: and yes they now use water as was pointed out,the effect is a tad dif. but that is open to taste
the cylinder's are 3 color's red/green/blue.u can buy the sheet's at any craft store
the container's for them are long tubes 24" with 3 slot's..
i will scan in a wurlie 1100 model part number's and photo's on request
and u can start there..now rem the 1100 is NOT a bubbler where the 1015 is
but it will give u a good start
