That's right PONG! PONG! I wanna play pong with my paddles on my arcade cabinet I'd think it's easy for kids to get into. I know one of the older versions of MAME had pong, but it was removed as it was not emulation, but rather simulation. I'm pretty sure there is a lot of flash type of pongs, but I'm looking for one that will support 2 mice inputs or both x & y axis so I can play with paddles. Link anyone?

nah, that requires looking for some kind of roms. No freeware download and go? What's dice emulator? Link? When I type dice emulator in google all it sees is dice simulator, is that the same thing (I'm asking because 1st page preview is something about random number generator)

Misfitmame does not require a rom to play Pong. It's built in, so it's essentially download and go, plus you get the same interface and options as mame which is nice.

aaah, thx, good to know, because I just tried Dice and it seems kind of broken. Can't play with 2 paddles and I had one instance where ball was both on top and bottom at the same time, and it's very easy to just make it to go in straight line for a long time.

Really old version of MAME has it built in too. Might be .37 or something like that. The reason being Pong had no program, therefore no ROM, just a whole bunch of logic chips. The hardware was the game, the game was the hardware (",)

I have Mameplus 103, and it plays Pong with no problem, and it supports two mice.
Also, if you happened to have a Stelladaptor around, and you own (or know someone who does) an Atari paddle controller, then you can play Pong with no issue in Mameplus with the Atari paddles.
Cheers,
Congui.

1.3c appears to be the last version.
