Title: How to Open the freakin' Focus Lead socket on Hantarex Polo 25"

Subject says most of it, I just can't get this thing open and I'm really scared of breaking the plastic!  Anybody have any pointers?  I'm also going to assume it's bad juju to split the focus wire.

normally there is a very small slot next to the wire,you can push a cable tie in and it releases the wire

It is bad JuJu to even OWN a Hantarex Polo 25.  Gotta be one of the worst monitors ever made.

i disagree,probably one the best monitors i have seen in 25 years of coin op

That actually worked!  I got the focus lead out, problem is it didn't want to grab the new focus lead I put in.  I could push the focus lead in all the way, but it would always let me pull it right back out. 

I tested the chassis anyway and it still had no HV.  No hum or neck glow, and I'm not sure if it's because of the focus wire issue or something further wrong with the chassis.  I replaced HOT and Flyback and got about halfway done with the capkit.  Still working through it though.
