Title: U360 Wiring Harness in Output Mode- Not working any Advice?

Hi All,

I have 4 x U360s on my panel and just put 4 wiring harnesses on them in output mode to attach to my ipac.

2 of them work and 2 do not recognize the wiring harness at all.

All sticks work in analog mode.

But in 'switch mode' I get nothing from 2 of them.

It's not the harness as I switched the bad boards harness with known working harnesses and there was still no output.
I also put the harness from the 2 bad boards on known working boards and they did output properly. So harnesses should be fine.

I also tried the boards in 5v mode without the USB and stil got no output.

Has anyone experienced this or is this just a case of haveing bad boards sent in 2 of the sticks?

I contacted  Andy but think he still on vacation...so was just wondering if anyone here experienced this and had a fix?

Do all the sticks have the same firmware?
