My first complete arcade restore. Noob(go easy on me)

I recieved a mario bros arcade for free just had to pick it up and move the junk around it. After about an hour of hauling junk around here is what im left with.

So obviously its not a widebody. Looks like it was a donkey kong converted mario. Which is good i prefer the blue mario cabinet

WHERE TO START?
My biggest problem i suppose is this bad boy below. The power supply since nothing at all powers on. The only model number I can see is PT821B. I do not feel comfortable capping it and prefer replacing the whole power supply. The local arcade shops quoted me around $150-$200(i know I can replace it cheaper). Does anyone know the simplest replacement where I can completely remove the old one and easily install a brand new switching power supply. Direct link please? Also if I do get a new switching power supply do I still need the transformer?

Now the restoration begins the total cost so far is -$2.00 (change in coin box)

Wow, I'm so jealous. A Mario Bros, for free? Wish they had deals like those where I live...   :D Nice find though!

No advice on that particular PSU but I think those ninty cabs ran on weird voltages. Check these guys out.

I checked them out but i prefer to switch the power supply completley. Any suggestions on a switching power supply thats is very simple to install? My main concern is the transformer might be bad as well. So do I need to keep the transformer if I install a new switching power supply? Or is it all inclusive in the switching power supply(so i do not need to keep the old transformer).

Or do you guys recomend installing a used original power supply and transformer that is tested and working(restored)?

Which would be more cost effective?
(i heard once the originals are re capped they last a long time)

Your guys help is much appreciated.

Be sure that it's not just a fuse though , did you check them ?
