Title: Can't get Nestopia to work Fullscreen with 27" TV

I can't get Nestopia to go fullscreen with my 27" TV.  My screen is 720x480.  I set that in the options and unchecked auto refresh but when I go fullscreen it
is out of sync.  I've played with every setting I can find and I get the same result.  I'm not having a problem with any other emulator.
