Title: Riddle of Pythagoras -- 2 Buttons?

I just started playing Riddle of Pythagoras which seems to be a derivative of Arkanoid which uses a button to fire lasers but in the inputs for ROP there are assignments for 2 buttons.  I cant figure out what the 2cnd button does.. I have played up to level 7 but the only button that responds at any point is button 1 which fires lasers or activates the magnet.  Does anyone know about this gam and it's button functions??      thanks

Maybe it's an error? MAWS says it's a 2 button game, but KLOV (http://arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9311) says it's a one button game.
