Is "so so condition" functional? I'd buy almost anything that worked for $150...

I'm waiting to hear back on it's functionality.

I bet it's a Crazy Kong and not Donkey Kong.

Is this the one on KLOV where he posted a video of him playing it?

If so then it was well worth $150, although we don't see the rest of the cabinet, just him playing it. The game is a version I've not seen before with very long ladders on the barrel stage where you actually need to go up the screen, then down again in order to climb another long ladder as it's the only way to the top. The spring level has been revamped as well as it doesn't look like you can take the short cut jump from the second elevator any more. And the springs bounce much shorter too. You need to watch the video but it takes some time for him to get to these screens because he's not a regular player.
Is this version in Mame? Because I wouldn't mind having a go at it.

Sorta. There's a Big Kong, but it's one hacked on the Orca ROMset, which is more like Crazy Kong Pt 2. His is done on one of the Galaxian hacks, which starts at the same difficulty as level 11. The conveyor belts also run slower on that one vs the one in MAME (starting on level 2). There's a few other differences (like Kong not being animated on his and the color palette) but those 2 are the biggest differences that effect gameplay.
