Title: Looking for a part for my ms pacman machine (leaf switch I think)
Post by: greghen on June 27, 2011, 03:44:12 pm
I am looking for a part for my joystick unit.  It's a connector or switch of soft.  In the picture you see the bottom unit is missing the middle piece.  What is it called and any idea where I can order a replacement?  I would rather replace this piece if I can than put in a whole new joystick.  Thanks for your help!

Leaf switch is correct. You can buy them from Bob Roberts here:

The part is called "Replacement Fiber Leaf Switch", though he carries a couple other variations. I assume that one is correct since the photo he uses looks like a Midway joystick.

Bob's store is "unique"... You order by email. Great vendor though.

Thanks I have a note into him, the site says that part is sold out.  Any other source you can think of.. I really want to keep this unit as original.  Thanks again!

I was just looking at the site and the fiber ones are in stock. He also sells just the individual parts to repair a switch.

edit: Just found this thread with what you're looking for.
