Title: Using WiiMote with MAME?

How hard is it to setup a Wiimote to work with MAME nowadays for lightgun shooters?? I have my WiiMote working with Dolphin (Wii emulator). But dont know how to use it with MAME, any help?

It should just work like a mouse.

But I'm curious how you've got it setup. I could +sometimes+ get it to pair, but I was never able to get the WIIMote to auto pair, so everytime I wanted to use it, I'd have to go through that involved pairing process.

Are you doing something different that simplifies the pairing?

well when i run the dolphin emualtor i sync it up within that, there just a paid button in the controller settings
