Title: Ram controls - back due order success thread.
Post by: WareWolF on June 18, 2011, 01:27:53 pm
Saint-Please make this a sticky.

This is a thread to track if people are actually getting back due orders shipped or refunded by Ram Controls.

A new person "Dan" is claiming to have obtained stock of items from ram controls which will be used to fill outstanding orders from before 6/15, "Dan" also claims that the profits from new sales of these products will be used to issue refunds to people who are owed money for items never actually produced or shipped by Dave Adams.

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED PRODUCT OR HAVE HAD MONEY REFUND BY RAM CONTROLS FOR ORDERS BEFORE 6/15 AT 2:00P PM ONLY, PLEASE POST HERE.  DO NOT POST HERE GENERAL COMMENTS ABOUT RAM CONTOLS HERE.  USE THE OTHER THREADS ALREADY STARTED FOR THOSE TOPICS.  THIS THREAD IS FOR TRACKING PEOPLE OWED PRODUCT ONLY.

I received an order from Dan on April 11th that used up the remaining credit I had from the $1000 credit for $500 deal. On March 17th, I sent an order to Dave that would use up the remaining $160. I received an email from Dan on April 1st stating that he purchased the company from Dave on March 15th, and would check with Dave to see what credit I was owed. He sent the order with no issues.

I loaned Dave an NOS Tempest knob to aid in the reproduction, and this is the only non-returned item. Dan said that it wasn't in the boxes he got from Dave. I have been waiting to see if Dave found it, and I need to contact Dan again to check up on it. In earlier emails, Dan seemed to be willing to work something out if it was not found, so I haven't been too worried about it yet. I will email him today and will update the post when this part is resolved. I have been holding off hoping reproductions would get completed, or my original was found, but I may have to opt for another way to settle the deal.
