Title: USB Jack/Flush Mount

More of a lurker than a poster for the past 10 years. Looking for some help from the community.

Something I can use to mount an external port to my two player control panel as well as an external port to my barcade. The website in question is Australia I believe, as I am in Canada I am hoping to order the same or similar idea from something more local, whether instore or online from this continent.

Anyone got any leads where I might be able to find? I have tried some surplus stores to no avail.

The company is L-Com but you can order them through Amazon. They're one composite piece which includes the usb cable on the inside which is nice.

It seems every time I buy a motherboard I end up with a couple back panel slot mounts like this (I've probably got a half dozen of the 2-port variety in a box somewhere):

If you have anything like that you can just unbolt the metal slot plate and remount the plugs to whatever you need.

Post by: BobA on June 16, 2011, 11:40:18 pm: I use these on a bracket. Cut the tabs off the bracket and screw it in anywhere you want a couple of flush mount USB ports. Cable plugs right into your MB USB header.
