Here I go again, another thing on this MKII cabinet I'm unsure about. In the pics you'll see a pic of the speakers I want to hook up. My questions:
1. Anyone have a link to an inexpensive amp that can power these speakers? I assume both speakers can run on the same amp? I'm not real familiar with speakers and I don't want to blow anything.
2. I would like a speaker knob right inside the coin door. Is that done on the amp? If not, how is the volume controlled?
3. Is there anything I can do to test these speakers first? They look good, but I don't know.
4. If you use a speaker setup like this, are you happy with the sound? I normally use a 2.1 speaker system and I like the bass.
I really only need volume control is Mame still has an issue with the volume on the MK games? I'm running an older version of Mame and MK1,2,3 all start at a much lower volume that needs to be turned up in the service menu, but the changes made don't stick between gaming sessions.

You could try to do this and you will get 2.1 out of it, and it would be fairly inexpensive seeing as a cheap 2.1 setup can be bought on amazon for about $25 to $30
