Hallo all...
So, when I first got my Tornado spinner from SlikStik, the bearings were immaculately smooth, and I could barely hear them when the thing was spinning. I once had the spinner in a room with sawdust floating around, and now I definitely hear something making noise in the bearings, and the thing doesn't spin quite as long as it used to (still a couple minutes for a good spin though!)
So, I think I have sawdust in there. How do you guys clean out the bearings when dust gets in?

You can use alcohol to clean your bearings. The Tornado uses greaseless bearings and that should do the trick if its just sawdust or small particles. If it

Also, a good blast of compressed air from one of those little duster cans could blow it out.

oh, nice. I was expecting to have to use some fancy greasing compound. Thanks for the info!
(too bad I used all my compressed air cans when I was turning them upside down and blasting liquid, to cool my hole saw! ::))
