Post by: F|end on September 01, 2003, 12:28:54 pm
 ;DHI!

After aall this time in vacations, i'm starting to build a cab with a friend and we want the cab to look like the "originals" so him and i decided to connect a mechanic  coin door to work with "the most" of the games!

So, if you did this with your cab, please post a link in this tread so i can learn something with it ok!  :)

Thanks to everyone who loves the scene and tries to make this something almost perfect ok!

Just hook it up to your keyboard encoder the same way you would connect a button.

You don't hook up coin mechs to the computer.  All the coin mech is there for is to sort good coins from "bad" coins.  Once a coin mech has a good coin it will drop it down a chute and the coin will then trip a switch.  It is this switch that you connect to the interface (I-PAC, keyboard hack, gamepad, etc.) that connects to your computer.
