Title: Monitor shrink wg25k7197

I have a wg25k7197.  It was having screen issues.  Blues and greens were kind of messed up so i did a cap kit.
All the solder joints and caps that i did look good but now my picture is shrunk to half size of monitor and is in the middle of the screen.  Is this collapse and any suggestions in fixing would greatly be appreciated.

double check ALL your work . solder bridges and so forth . it happens .

if all is ok , the reg B+ may be too low . if this is the case , suspect a faulty Vreg IC

Thank you.  Ill check for bridges.  Im sure my solder job wasnt the best.
