Title: 4-way joystick recommendations?

I couldn't find anything at BYOAC specifically dealing with a good 4-way joystick and was wondering what the concensus around here is.  I'm still working on getting the restrictor plates working perfectly, but until then, I'm going to install a dedicated 4-way and would like to know which one is the best.
