Title: Can one adapt the Playstation Track Ball to the PC

I have playstation adapters - can I adapt this:

I have the mouse for the PSX.

I would either buy this and keep it for the PSX or just get yourself a   goldentee (http://cgi.ebay.com/Golden-Tee-Golf-Plug-Play-TV-Game-Radica-/270746455730?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f09bf0eb2) TV controller for cheap and hack that.

They are easy to hack with a USB mouse and if you search the site there is a pretty good write up.

good idea - thanks for the advice

I was wondering what the control was like with a playstation to PC adapter.  I don't really want to hack it, just want to pull it out when I feel like it.  If anyone has ever tried, please let me know.

WOW didnt know PS1 had a trackbal available Any good games worth playing!

I have one, bought it on sale for way less than $40 many years ago. Cheap plastics, cheap feel, tiny trackball, don't buy it. Go for the golden tee trackball instead, trust me!

Seriously. I was big into the Playstation when it was around and I don't remember anything about any trackball. I even had the stupid camera.
