Title: new rule suggestion for BST
Post by: Malenko on May 19, 2011, 02:13:03 pm
no auctions. Its not that what I think Jasonbar is doing is wrong (in fact hes a good seller) but it could be the start of a terrible trend.

no auctions.

+1

There's no transparency at all, leaving room for abuse.  Not saying that's what Jasonmm is doing, but still.

I despise the whole "invisible auction" process.

Put the damned thing on eBay or GameGavel, link to the auction and be done it.

I agree. Keep it a simple "buy and sell".
I too like Jason, bought from him before, solid guy. But I don't agree with his auctioning post. Could lead us down a bad path.

It's a one off thing and it was something he couldn't do on Ebay.  His final response is informative in the thread.  It's not like it was a noob or anything.  Yes, I've bought from him before too.  Good guy.  Let it go.

If anything, I say get rid of one rule before adding another.  Rule 11 comes to mind as one to eliminate....

To be clear, you meant Jasonbar, not Jasonmm.

Yeah, if we're talking about Jasonmm, I'd ban him from B/S/T altogether.
