Title: Ultrastik leds blinks while comp is off?

Just installed 2 ultrastiks 360. Is it normal after shutdown for the led to continue to blink or even remain on?

Eh I figured it out, was a jumper on my motherboard. I google'd my motherboard after i couldnt disable from bios and windows.
