Title: Updating ROM Sets?

Okay I realize I must be an idiot, but I have gotten extremely confused looking through all this info on updating my ROM sets.  If I have the .62 ROM set and I have all the updates I still need to use ROMCenter or that other program to update everything, right?  Does all the artwork, CPs, etc. need to be updated?  I have to download each .DAT from .63 update to .72 update right?

Download the .72 dat and it will tell you what you're missing from .63 and up.
