Title: Rowe AMI Cd100D Questions about Plugs
Post by: slywith1989z24 on May 09, 2011, 01:50:04 pm
Hi there

I fixed my mom's jukebox and I saw that there are connectors which are unplugged but I have no clue where they go.. I have the service manual but it's just gives a schematic diagrams which are hard to read...

Anyone of you knows where they plug into?

Pictures are below

your first one is just for the motor to animate the display...it's 120 volts AC (it will plug into a green/black/white wires plug) people unplug them because they squeak or the bearings are shot so the groan and squeal.

the second and third ones are for the DBA (dollar bill acceptor.)

the one near the top of the cabinet is for a transformer to convert 120 volts AC to 24 volts AC (i think)

the one near the bottom is what plugs into the the DBA. The DBA would mount to a metal plate on the side of the cabinet and remain there when the door is opened. (kinda weird system)

i believe the DBA for the jukebox is no longer produced.  :dunno

so ya not having those plugged in is no big deal.
