Title: [SOLD] Ultimarc U360 with harness, octagonal restrictor, spring kit
Post by: Chris on April 27, 2011, 09:48:25 pm
I've fallen on some hard times lately, so I am starting to part with some of my arcade stuff to try to keep my house.  For starters, I have a pair of Ultimarc U360 analog joysticks.  Although I have had them for a couple of years , these have never been installed in a cabinet so they are effectively brand new.  These have black bat tops and include the octagonal restrictor plates (already installed in the sticks), the stiffer springs (already installed) and the wiring harness for both sticks, plus their USB cables.  Checking the Ultimarc site, these would come to $183 shipped; I will sell them for $120 shipped within the US, over a $60 savings!

I hate to resort to this, as I know I'll be buying these again in the future when I rebound, but for now my loss is your gain!

Great deal on these. I would love to get these, but I too am working through some difficult times at the moment. I hope all goes well with your house.

Thanks... I appreciate it! I know a few arcade parts isn't going to save a house, but we're working on that, right now it's really more about power and food.

I also have an unused LED-Wiz, a couple of Pole Position wheels, and a couple of microswitch pedals before I get to actually parting out my cabinet itself or trying to sell my pinball machine, so if you are looking for any of these , let me knw; I'll be putting up listings for them soon.  I also have a crate that has some mini touchscreens in it that I've hardly looked at.

I feel you, the company I'm working for right now is circling the drain.  Not a disaster but it's going to make me work way harder than I like to if I have to go out and do what I do on my own.  (I bought a buncha arcade crap anyway >:D >:D >:D).  I am really glad we went conservative when we bought the last house.  House is lame and has lost 25% of it's value but we've kept right side up, just.

I'm set on the U360 angle but I am in the market for a pole position wheel and pedals, let me know if you decide to liquidate those.

Best of luck with your future endeavors and stay strong. TJC.

I'm decided, it's just that those things need photos and such so it's not as easy as posting the U360's.  I'll try to get those pics up tomorrow.

The company I was at was overstaffed so they looked for the smallest error as an excuse to get rid of me, and I was a couple of hours late on a project so they could fire me as "poor job performance" rather than pay unemployment.  Add that to a glut of tech people here, a 2-year non-compete agreement that keeps me from working for the most obvious companies (if they can see past the bogus "terminated for poor performance"), and my car dying beyond repair just before I was let go, and my wife is in real estate and just lost her subdivision (real estate market is still practically dead) and all of a sudden arcade games just aren't the priority they used to be.  The only reason we could eat this week is because I got a donation for DWJukebox last weekend. (I get about 2 or 3 a year).  *sigh*

Sorry, not the place to vent, I know.

Yeah, if you use DWJukebox, take a moment and drop Chris a few bucks. I love the software and totally think it's worth it.

Paypals sent to DW jukebox (and Loadman ).  I only got to take a quick look at the DW website, but it looks cool and I can't wait to check the app out, in depth.  Ten years of iTunes is long enough!

I LOVE how customizable DWJukebox is. I'm currently taking the Neonbox layout/skin and tweaking it to suit my needs. It's a great program that does exactly what I need it to do.
