Title: Mame slowing down

Hi,
Been usuing my current version of mame (0.141) for a while now, sorted through all the games that run fine etc. Today I got a mini-ipac, installed winipac and now all of a sudden my mame is running at super bad frame rates, unplayable. I dont know what happened, probably some small ans stupid but I cant see what the problem is! Help Please!

Was thinking it may be bacause I dont have too much space left on my hard drive, but just ran the Sega M2 emu and it still runs fine.
