Title: neogeo woes

My 4 slot was working fine then out of no where started doing this and will no longer boot or goto crosshatch screen. Is this the calendar check loop?

Hm after leaving it on for 2-3 mins it will boot the game but after a few mins will reboot

remove all the games,check +5 volts at edge connector(should be around 5.05 to 5.10)
insert one game at a time in different slots
