Title: Need Beta Testers! Anyone with a pacdrive pacled64 or uhid!

Mamehooker 3.8 is about out the door and I've taken the opportunity to do some major overhauls.  I have switched over to the pacdrive dll and I need people to test it as I don't own any of these devices.
