Title: my first arcade cab. atm dubed "AAA"

just incase "AAA" means No Name.


well. honestly have i have taken pics but i need to sort through them but this is were i am at now (with the wheel now added )

now im kinda working away from the plans because this is all the plans kinda planed for. eh first one so to me i am happy .

the color scheme is prolly going to be red and black or red and the black tmolding.


so how did am i doing so far?

That thing looks huge!!! Is it a showcase? If not, whats the plan for controls? 3 steering wheels for Super Sprint!!!

its huge because i got a great deal for a 32" lcd lol.

atm itll only have one dual stick from x-arcade but will probably add a second one for four player games. will just be a playstation in there atm and free to play. use it for the store for boring days and for compititions.

well.. now im disappointed the guy welched on the 32" lcd so now im stuck trying to find a cheep 32" but thinking of just cuting my loss and buying a cheep monitor. need to get this done quick as the store is have a midnight release for mortal kombat.

also i find it more and more understandable why people here or anywere dont recomend buying the xarcade stick. (specially for fighters)

Are you sure you're gonna be able to get it through your doors? I just moved and had no trouble with mine though the front door, but I had to take the bedroom door of the hinges to get it to fit. And even that was super close.

excellent question.  That's the reason why my control panels I make are generally less than 32 inches.  Gotta think about those doorways.

the whole cabinet isnt glued together but bolted together with tee nuts and bolts in three or four places on either side depending on length. this way it can be easily taken apart to if i need to get it into something it isn't able to roll into. this also helps for when i build the second control panel that i will build from scratch.

  the only problem i have right now is that i put the molding in before i painted and i feel i may need to replace it all.
