Title: Wells D9200 - Picture washed out all of a sudden!??

Hello all! Hoping one of you pros can help me! Of all the things to go wrong with my MAME cab I always pray its not my monitor lol!

I turned the thing on the other day and the picture on my 9200 is all washed out. This cab is used very frequently with no issue at all. I have no idea what it could be. It looks as though the colors are still preserved but its so dim its ridiculous! I've tried the basic menu - contrast, brightness and color push make no noticeable difference.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

you need to access the factory settings via the osd,hold down and select on power up
then you will be able to access the colour gains and backgrounds

Thank u so much. Worked like a charm!! Had to access the factory settings and then adjust the 'color gain mode' up.
