So, I just finished painting my cab (3 coats Behr latex, over 2 coats of Killz oil primer, if it matters) and I've read that you should give the paint time to cure before putting the side artwork on to avoid any bubbles from appearing due to fumes from the paint curing. I'm sure the exact answer will depend on conditions (humidity, temperature, etc...) but is there a general guideline as to when the paint is fully cured and no longer giving off vapors/fumes and it's safe to apply the artwork?

I would wait 2 weeks to be absolutely sure the paint has fully cured. There should really be no rush to apply the art at this point.
