Dave,

You may have already looked into this, but I got one from www.videoconnect.com about a month ago. You'll have to call them to verify they have it, and to make sure it is the leaf version not microswitch.

Also, I think they have a $30 minimum order...

Thanks.  They are out of stock.  I posted to google groups and received quite a few replies.  I now have 12 on the way.
