Title: New problems with monitor
Post by: Funnel on March 09, 2011, 01:14:22 pm
What's up guys, I was trying to fix my arcade monitor last month and I couldn't repair it so I put it away till I finally had some time to deal with it. So today I got home from college and thought I could TRY once again to check the monitor and see what I could do with it. I plug the monitor and the first thing that it does is this loud *beeeeeeeeepzzzzpzpzzpzpz* sound and the image on the screen has a white line only. I started a thread around december here: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=107980.0 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=107980.0)

I took a crappy pic of the screen image with my cellphone. What's wrong with this monitor?

vertical collapse depends on what chassis, normally the deflection ic and caps/resistors or feed voltage

yoke you can prove by reading the inductance and impedence
