Title: Can i write à mame dumped game back to eeprom to work in my arcade?

I have an area 51 arcade. My drive is damaged and i want to fix it with à CF. However in my quest for knowledge i saw people selling upgrades for my machine. À area 51 / maximum force duo rom. I saw that these i ave's were dumped in THE past. Is it possible to use these files and write new eeproms to fit in my machine?  Thanks!!

This is a large reason for the existence of MAME.
