Hello all,
I have one of these games with a lower right flipper (Circuit 'A') that has the 8V holding power on all the time only AFTER the flipper button is initially pressed. It is not ALWAYS on upon game start.
I have replaced Q6 because it was bad but it has not solved the problem.
The wiring for the flipper cabinet and end of stroke switches are good.
When the flipper button is first pushed the corresponding Flipper Board LED flashes but only for the first pressing, additional presses get no LED response.
It would seem that the next move might be to replace SR1?
Anyone agree or disagree? Anyone have any other ideas?
THANKS in advance.

If it was that easy I wouldn't be asking for help.
The problem is DEFINITELY on the Solid State Flipper Board because the 8V hold power is always on after the first flipper button press and stays on until power is removed from the game.
The mechanical parts of the flipper assembly are not the problem.

Problem solved. Turns out the flipper coil dode was broken ultimately taking out Q6.
Remember that next time.
Thanks for all your help.
