Title: Setting up a menu screen.

Hi all all i want to do is set up a different screen for my list of games in mala mame.
I have downloaded various layouts but i dont understand how to set them up in mala im sorry if this has been repeated and may sound really silly but im no wizz kid on the computer but im willing to learn.

I have tried to use the mala layout editor 1.73 and i have managed to put the infernolab.mll into it but what do i do now do i just save it some where because i have tried but when i open mala it always comes up with the original basic games menu please can anyone help me.

I did not understand it but I have managed to get it going with tinkering around lol
cheers for the reply just gonna try to get emulator for megadrive working.
