The Wells-Gardner "Genie" monitor pattern generator is available to purchase at a reasonable price here:

It does include an adapter to use it on arcade monitors. Works great on K7000, K7400, K4900, K4600 (with most versions of the video interface card), Electrohome G07-CBO.
