Title: Can lighted push buttons lit up only selected choices?

I don't know how to word it correctly. What I mean is it possible to light up only the push buttons that correspond to the game played?
I've never been interested in push button with LEDs but if it was possible to only lit up buttons used in a game on a multi button panels. It would take the guess work off someone new standing in front of multibutton franken panel.
