Title: XP64 + Hyperspin + LEDBlinky + u360s (No LEDs)
Post by: DillonFoulds on February 11, 2011, 12:06:35 am
...Title pretty much sums it all up...

Running Windows XP (64-bit)
Got all of hyperspin wheels configured, all emulators open and run games near perfect, with a handful of exceptions....

Now I'm looking at configuring Hyperspin to play nice with LEDBlinky to program my u360's on the fly. I've got a 4 player panel, with only 2 u360s (2 mag sticks for p3/4 for the time being, but i doubt they'll stay...)

In LEDBlinkyConfig.exe...
-Set my mame \cfg\ folder
-Set controls.ini (grabbed from controls dat here @ byoac)
-Set mame.xml (generated from mame using "mame.exe -listxml >mame.xml").
-Set the FE to hyperspin, and configured the pathing for hyperspin\settings\settings.ini.
-Checked "No LEDs Mode" (I don't have any)
-Set JDR Mode for u360, and set control panel max players to 2 (again, 2x u360s, 2x mag-sticks)

I've configured hyperspin to use LEDBlinky with the correct path.

Now when i boot windows, hyperspin loads, i get the ledblinky splash screen (only on free LEDBlinky, for now). Then I get an Access Violation with regards to PacDrive.dll

Also it appears that the joysticks don't work in hyperspin. I've got them programmed to 8-ways?

Is there something I'm missing? Would someone mind giving me a fool-proof guide to configuring LEDBlinky? I've changed the very few options that ity appears I need to, what Could I be missing?

There's a bug with LEDBlinky v5 when using the No LEDs Mode that causes the pacdrive.dll crash. I'll post the fix tonight. Sorry about that.

Just tried and the download worked fine. I had renamed the file - so maybe try a refresh first.

Hmmm, the site is very slow - something must be up with my isp.
