Hey Guys,
Was replacing my buttons to my working mame midway cabinet. Had all 14 buttons working(1-2 start included)... Long story short, once I got to replacing the first joystick I acidently crossed a ground with a power. I have it switched back now, the monitor still displays although none of my buttons work. Is the J-Pac fried?
Note:
The Self Test(Green Light) Blinks about 20 times then both both sync ok/in stay lit(Green/Orange)

Why were you working on a live circuit? :whap
About your self test and sync LEDs:
Power on the PC. The “SYNC IN” LED should light indicating the J-PAC is receiving a sync signal from the PC. The “SYNC OK” LED will light when the PC has switched into the correct video mode for the monitor, and then the monitor should display a picture.
The Self test LED flashes and then should light continuously.
