Title: ATI All-in-Wonder x800 - Component Video Problem

I have an ATI All-in-Wonder x800 video card and when I use the component out to go to my TV , the picture has a Major Blue tint  , pretty much you can't see the other colors .

I downloaded the latest drivers and have gone over the cables to make sure they're hooked up right , checked through all the options I could find with the Catalyst software but can't figure anything out why its doing this .
