This is a copy, however not printed from that crappy scan available on the Internet. It is bound and in great shape. There is however a small Raspberry jelly stain on the back, which in my opinion raises the value of this fine document.

Asking $10 shipped in flat rate priority envelope, or $8 if you want it shipped media mail.
