You want a wall mount juke to put in a commercial location (business)? If so, you are limited to cd jukeboxes. Downloaders are not available to purchase for individual businesses. You must be an established jukebox operator to buy the downloaders.
Rowe still sells the "Berkeley" and "Storm" wall mount cd juke models brand new through their authorized distributors. Inside each brand new one is a copyright license application that you will need to fill out and enclose payment. See their website: http://www.jukeboxlicense.com/ (http://www.jukeboxlicense.com/)
The Rowe Berkeley and Storm models are very reliable and lots of used ones are out there. Look on ebay. Average price on a good used one is $750 to $2000.

Wall mount downloaders are still not cheap. However, check with your local distributor's showroom for "used" downloaders.

Bought the Lx, $5,200 and happy. I don't even know what a downloader is Ken, maybe next time when someone says they dont have a juke , you can give them simpler advice. Like this perhaps :
" Hi, my name is Ken, perhaps try the touchtunes or AMI websites, I personally have a _______ model and I recommend it...."
