Hey all,
I'm looking for a replacement serial sticker for an Asteroids Cocktail cabinet, the silver one seen here:
As you can see, it's a bit beat-up. Does anyone have, or know a source for repro/NOS ones?
If I can't get one, I'll have to try to make this one look nicer (probably razoring off the bottom edge)
Thanks!

Keep it original. That's like your car's VIN plate! ;)

Yeah, I would like to, but then I'd have to razor cut that bottom edge. I wouldn't want to cut off the "made in U.S.A" part...bah, I guess I'll just cut off that one corner and hope nobody notices.

I agree with RayB.
You should totally keep it just the way it is as a reminder of how it once was.
It would be cool if there was something that tracked the serial numbers and told us where the cabs have been.
Kind of like www.wheresgeorge.com (http://www.wheresgeorge.com)
Then, long after you have sold/lost/traded, etc. your restored machine you might be able to see it again one day. How cool would that be?

When I got my first cab there was a barcode in the coindoor for these folks http://www.arcadetracker.com/ (http://www.arcadetracker.com/) it look like my game used to be in the wilderness lodge of disney prior to making it up here.

At lunch I spent a little time cleaning up the edge with a razor and removing the peeled FCC one with some Goo Gone.
Looks like it turned out pretty nice. I'm going to keep it like this. Thanks all!
