Title: MAME 64 .137 no nag & HI score

Hi, Im trying to figure out exactly what I need to do to remove the no nag screen and add Hi score support to my MAME64 build .137u1?  Ive researched that I possibly need to compile a new version but this is what confuses me as Im not sure how to do this?  ??? (I`m a MAME novice when it comes to that kind of stuff)

Is it possible to just download a version that has been modified or do I have to compile my own?  If so could anybody talk me through it or give any other alternative.
