OK, I have dug around the internets and even emailed the guys at groovygamegear, but I still can't figure this out and was hoping someone here could help. I purchased a Keywiz to use as a scoring/display solution for my SkeeBall machine, as my screen was busted when I purchased it. I have the Keywiz uploader software on my computer as well as the jumpball software installed. How do I get them to work together? All I get when I open Jumpball is the display screen and scrolling numbers. I know this is a long shot, as I see only two other instances in my searching where someone has used this setup, but if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it!!!

What info are you looking for? If you sent an email, you should probably try again, as I don't see any unanswered "Jumpball" inquiries.
Does this help? ;
-----------------------------------------------------------
Input A= 10 points / Cascading Switch Input
Input B= 20 points
Input C= 30 points
Input D= 40 points
Input E= 50 points
Input F= 100 points
Input G= Ball Counter / Gutter
Input I= Start Game
Input L= Insert Coin
Input M= Free Play
Input P= Exit
There are a couple of ways to use this setup, but the best would be the Direct method, which is to have a switch for each scoring possibility and one for the ball counter.
The "cascading" method is based on the way an original Skee-ball machine works and that is having a trough with 5 switches and entry points to the trough at different places between the switches in order to count the score up by 10 for each switch that is actuated. In this case, only the A and G inputs are used. The A input is wired in parallel to all of the scoring switches and the G input is wired to the ball counter switch.

I think that will get me started, thanks. How do I use these settings for the jump ball software, though, as when I open it all I get are the scrolling digits? Thanks for the help.

That's the attract mode. IOW, you don't need to do anything else but wire the switches to the inputs I just posted. Try "inserting a coin" and "start" a game.
