Title: Hanterex MTC 9000 issues

Hi All, Ive got a mini upright outrun cab with the main problem being the monitor. As soon as its powered up it rolls slightly, can be adjusted with the trim but not a solution.
Ive replaced all the caps on it but still no joy.
Can anyone advise me on this ?

try connecting a 5k resistor across vertical sync and video ground-it may lock it down
