Another GroovyGameGear.com Exclusive!  The CLASSX™ Standard Pushbutton is the latest in our new CLASSX™ pushbutton line, offering features never before seen on other arcade pushbuttons.  We realize that lighted controls are not for everyone, and have answered the demand for a classic-style, opaque arcade pushbutton with premium switch options.  It is currently the only button of it's kind designed and manufactured from the ground up to use multiple switch types with equal precision and accuracy, without requiring any adapters or external components.  Including our custom designed True-Leaf Pro™ premium leaf switch.

We're still waiting on the black ones, but the other colors are in, so we went ahead and put them on the store (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=73&products_id=356).  Base price with the Standard Soft Touch sub-20-gram-resistance microswitch is $2.10.  All other switches are available at reasonable upgrade pricing.

Thanks again to all who support GroovyGameGear with their arcade controls purchases.  Items like these that are geared specifically to this community cost a lot of money in development and especially tooling.  Without your support, they wouldn't be possible. :)

Randy, I've never bought from you in the past, but this is a game changer. I love the two piece design, hopefully the price is right too.

Although I don't need parts right now, the next time I do, I'll be taking a serious look at your entire catalog, just based on these buttons alone.

suggestion: some sort of package deal with microleafs. I'll order 12 Blues fo sho (if the price is right, lol)

Very nice.  These are great in the Electric Ice versions.  The ClassX buttons have an even better feel for those who don't want / need lighting.

Randy,

Is it possible to mix the button and the rim/bezel on an order?  For example - I'd like to see a lit button with a solid colour bezel.

The 2 piece design is great.
I recently drilled in for flipper buttons on my Mame cab and clearance makes it a little tough to click in a snap switch on a standard happ type button. I used two extra ice buttons I had and it works out perfect.

I just reduced the price on the Micro-Leaf style switches when ordered with any of the new CLASSX™ style buttons, including the Electric ICE 2.  Also put a possibly temporary special price on the standard Micro-Leaf™ switches for others who might want to upgrade to those switches.
