Hey guys, I want to build a two player control panel (mainly because I really don't have the room for a 4 player) that has two 4-8 way joysticks. I'd like to add some kind of switch that would allow me to toggle the sticks between Mame (using an ipac) and the XBOX 360 (using a modified wired controller). Basically this would give me a 2-player control panel that works with MAME or XBOX 360 depending on which option I choose. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to make it work? Thanks.

if you used 2 hacked wired xbox 360 pads you wouldn't need the ipac since the 360 control works great on pc

I honestly haven't had any luck using the hacked 360 controlers on a PC. The controllers are the old standard wired ones. At some point, didn't MS come out with a wired 360 controller that had the windows logo on the packaging? I don't have those.

no, you can use regular xbox 360 controllers, you just need to download the drivers from microsoft. I am using the wireless controllers from my 360 on my cab.
