Title: Change trackball sensitivity for ALL games not just one at a time

I searched the forum here and found out how to tweak the trackball sensitivity, under the MAME in game config menu, then under Analog controls.   My question is, is there a way to change this sensitivity setting for ALL trackball games?   I could only figure out how to do this one game at a time?  Any idea if it's possible?

You can change the mouse setting in the windows control panel. What trackball are you using? For the old Betson 3" balls I normally move the sensitivity all the way up.
